Delhi
Hello, namaste, bonjour. Last week was happening happening. One reason being I visited the capital of India for the first time. Meet some of my twitter friends IRL. It was hell lot of fun.
I am 24 and this was my first trip to delhi. I was at a friend’s brother’s wedding. A former twitter friend who is known as Aditi Sharma. It was my first time meeting her and her family. Aditi is one of the smartest and one of the stupidest person I know. You should talk to her and figure what she is more. The wedding was super fun since I also meet some other twitter friends.
Coming to Delhi. Just starting off the bat, Delhi has the best momos. Momos are not overrated. Atleast not in Delhi. I take my tweet from a year ago back. I had it from a small stall in Khan market at 10pm, it was almost closing down and I was with some friends roaming around.
Talking about food I also went to parathe wale gali in Chandi Chowk in the morning and had some really good aloo parathe and chai obviously. They do not make parathe the standard way. They fry it it oil which is new to me.
I also tried Tupka at Delhi Haat, Lauphing at Majnu ka Tila, Something underwhelming at Wuhang cafe. All of them were things I have never tasted before. And all of them were good.
Probably have more than 5000 photos but sharing some because I wanna:Overall the trip was fucking great.
Delhi has a interesting vibe. So many people. Way to many cars. Huge wide roads and highways. And the Delhi Metro, which consists of about 390KM with close to 300 stations. That is a lot of metros.
I did not explore the city fully because of a packed schedule and that is nice I feel. I have a reason and a lot of places left to explore for the next time I visit.Meet some good twitter folks too: Priyanshu, Sneha, Tushar, Meena, Ashish.
Coming back to the usual sexy content from the last few weeks:
Invisible Audience
As someone who spend an insane amount of time thinking what the “audience” will think about my content, this post was a fascinating read to say the least.

Black Mirror episode - Be Right Back
An episode from Black Mirror, is about a story of a woman who loses her partner and turns to technology to bring him back to life. Using a new technology that analyzes her partner's digital footprint, she creates a virtual replica of him, which brings comfort at first.
However, as the replica becomes more realistic, the line between reality and simulation begins to blur, and the woman struggles to come to terms with the limitations of the technology.
The episode explores the dangers of trying to replicate life and love through technology, raising questions about grief and human connection. With great performances from its cast and a hauntingly beautiful score, Be Right Back is a must watch for anyone who has ever wondered about the limits of technology and the nature of our humanity.
Be Right Back is a haunting meditation on grief, technology, and the nature of human connection. It's a cautionary tale about the dangers of trying to replicate life and love through artificial means.
Ultimately, the episode leaves us with more questions than answers. Is it better to hold on to the memory of someone we've lost or try to recreate them through technology? And if we choose the latter, where does that leave us as human beings?
Podcast recommendation:
Dostcast 127: Sahiba Bali, Brand Manager Zomato.
I have being binging Dostcast for a while now. And I have been talking to a lot of marketing folks to understand the space better. So I came upon this pod with the brand manager of Zomato. It was interesting to see Sahiba’s career trajectory and the way she thinks about work and life.
It was interesting to know that most of the marketing team at Zomato is pretty young. The avg age being around 20-21. That is very young for a brand so big. She goes on to explain why having a young team helps Zomato in their marketing efforts. Even something as small as the loved notification copy is well planned. It was fun to listen to this and would highly suggest a listen if you are interested in marketing or in Zomato.

Quote that I have been thinking about a lot:
Think of it this way: There are two kinds of failure. The first comes from never trying out your ideas because you are afraid, or because you are waiting for the perfect time. This kind of failure you can never learn from, and such timidity will destroy you. The second kind comes from a bold and venturesome spirit. If you fail in this way, the hit that you take to your reputation is greatly outweighed by what you learn. Repeated failure will toughen your spirit and show you with absolute clarity how things must be done. ― Robert Greene, Mastery
That has it for this week, c ya soon.
